Pelosi Will Try To Slaughter the Constitution

Nancy Pelosi says that the Democrats are going to use the Slaughter Rule to pass the Senate ObamaCare bill and the vote is set for next week.

In case you're unfamiliar, the Slaughter Rule is named after Louise "she wore her dead sister's dentures" Slaughter and it works like this: The speaker brings a bill containing a list of changes that the House wants to make to the Senate bill to the floor for a vote. When the House members vote for and pass this list of changes to the Senate bill, the House will deem the Senate bill as passed as well, even though the Senate bill itself was never voted on to begin with. It is a blatant violation of the Constitution!!

Article 1, Section 7, Paragraph 2:
Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives
and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law, be
presented to the President of the United States; If he approve
he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his
Objections to that House in which it shall have originated,
who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal,
and proceed to reconsider it. If after such Reconsideration
two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the Bill, it shall
be sent, together with the Objections, to the other House,
by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved
by two thirds of that House, it shall become a Law. But in
all such Cases the Votes of both Houses shall be determined
by Yeas and Nays, and the Names of the Persons voting for
and against the Bill shall be entered on the Journal of each
House respectively, If any Bill shall not be returned by the
President within ten Days (Sundays excepted) after it shall
have been presented to him, the Same shall be a Law, in
like Manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by
their Adjournament prevent its Return, in which Case it
shall not be a Law.

This must not be allowed to happen! The American people must have their voices heard.

As I said in another post, what should have had happened was...
What we need is for about 10 republicans to lie to Pelosi and tell her they will vote for her bill. Then when the vote happens, they vote against it. Obama got his Up or Down vote and lost!

What we need....is not prudent to print.


What we need...is Henry, Adams, Jefferson and Paine.

What we need to be doing is trying to figure out what we can do if Republican politicians allow this to happen. We cannot stop this short of historical action,... but they can. There has to be a way.....there just has to be a way.....

But if they do not, we need to find a way to protect Georgian's against it. What state politician will stand up for Georgians against this evil?
