Concern For Illegal Immigration has fallen off the planet

You never hear a word about it. This is one issue where time is on the side of the illegal. It is much easier to deport someone who has been here 2 years rather than 30. Of course, the first illegal alien that should be sent back to his homeland is Barry of Kenya.

I heard on Bill Bennett's Morning in America about Obama's plans to grant amnesty and immediate citizenship to illegals. They expect it to happen right after the new year so it'll be old news by 2010 elections. They want those 12,000,000 votes!

I recommend first verifying the information to the extent possible. On the site's homepage a new business owner found his business's practice history and corrected the situation. Come to think of it, this notification may be a better action item than a rally.

SpringerRider - I had the same thought myself. I was at a conservative event a couple of weekends ago at the Galleria. Speakers included Boortz and Herman Caine, among others, and I heard not one word from the podium about illegal immigration. I was surprised and shocked so I asked other attendees and they told me that none of the seminars they attended mentioned the topic either. This is a little unsettling but understandable. I believe this administration wants to ram through amnesty as they did Obamacare to pander to the illegal (mostly Mexican) vote.

You dug through the archives. Reading some of those things are like going down memory lane. They all have to read in perspective based on what I knew at the time. Later on, you might find posts where I swore the Health Care bill would never make it through.

I have been wrong almost as many times as Dick Morris!
